Supa-Fit Your Vehicle


Supa-Fit Mechanical Workshop used to be at the GT Centre next to The Great North Road is a great place to supa-fit your vehicle. The GT Centre is well-known to people in the area and Supa-Fit is a one-stop vehicle repair, maintenance and mechanical workshop. However, they have moved to a new location: Plot 281, 3rd Avenue, Bredell. Please visit them there.

This means that you can buy new tyres for your car and have them balanced and the wheel alignment can be done there. If your car needs a new exhaust or even a free-flow exhaust fitted, Supa-Fit can do it. Maybe your car isn't performing well anymore and you are considering an engine overhaul, then Supa-Fit has the right workshop, equipment and technicians to get the job done. They also do brakes, cv joints, tow bars, batteries and fix punctures. They also do turbo conversions.

This is an update. The picture above is one of my favourites because it is colourful and tells a story. Sometimes I get a sudden surge of inspiration and produce something I really like. I Painted a Horse

Who can resist a beautiful picture of a horse? These elegant animals are majestic and have served mankind for centuries. Many stories have been written about them. They have featured in movies, used to transport stagecoaches across America, transported cavalry across borders into battle. They have ploughed fields, been used to pull chariots for ancient Greeks and Romans. Horses have been raced to enrich people financially. They have been entered into show jumping events. The list goes on. Horses have also roamed the prairies in the wild and that is one way to remember them well. When a picture comes across one’s path that looks so beautiful, we stop and admire it. In my case I decided to paint this one – my very first painting of an animal in watercolours. The Answer to Trouble

Friday 6 October 2023 Last night I decided to paint a newer version of my first picture for this post - just for the fun of it because I wanted to update this post. The idea of using a house for this post is an apt one because in the New Testament Jesus (the Good Shepherd) said if you build your house on the rock (a proper foundation which is His Word) then, when adversity comes, your house will withstand all the storms of life and trouble. As a believer there are other things we can do. In Ephesians we are encouraged to put on the whole armour of God and in Proverbs we are told to guard our hearts because all the issues of life come from there. We can also speak the Word of God over circumstances and use our trust and faith in God to change circumstances. Lastly, we are encouraged in the book of James to exercise patience during the storms.
